Your scope, budget, and repayment details are set out in your program agreement.
When do I pay for the improvements?
Approved Concierge costs are generally repaid at closing from the sale proceeds. If the home does not sell, repayment obligations in your signed agreement still apply. We will review the terms with you before work begins.
Who decides which work gets done?
You always control what work is completed. We discuss your goals and recommend what repairs or preparations will add the most value/marketability. Bids and the scope of work are reviewed with you for approval before the renovation begins and you always control what is completed.
Can I choose the contractors?
You can always get estimates from any contractors you would like. Given the complexity of helping clients prepare their homes Elevate is extremely careful who they decide to work with. Elevate has a vetted list of trusted vendors who have earned their trust for years and provide below market pricing, this is the main reason clients elect to use concierge. Most clients want to utilize these vendors due to the value and trust.
Is there an extra Concierge fee or interest?
There is no interest or additional costs for the repairs or repair funding only a listing fee to sell the home. Approved project costs and any applicable terms will be explained before making any decisions.
Will every renovation increase my sale price?
Yes, in most cases we dramatically increase the value & marketability of your home. Every property and market is different. We will discuss the renovation budget and sale strategy for your home, but no sale price or return is guaranteed.
