Steve LaMothe, Denora Perez and the team at Elevate Realty Group in Sacramento are the best.  I have bought and sold several properties in Texas and California in the past few years and have seen the good, the bad and the rest out there.
Late last year I was stuck.  I needed to sell my house but the market was soft, the economic outlook dismal and getting worse, and buyers were scarce at the worst time of year.  My wife and I had been trying to sell since summer.  Early on a Saturday morning I made a few desperation calls and Steve called me back within minutes (shock - a call back!).  He was encouraging.  He met my wife and me on Tuesday with a plan.  He gave us a direct, no-nonsense approach and some choices.  Looking back, we could have signed off on everything right then and there but we took the first step, then another, then another . . . At several points, my wife and I wanted to diverge but ultimately found the original plan to be the best.  Steve's knowledge, method and feel for the market were right on the money, literally.  We closed right before New Year's and could not be more grateful.
Elevate Realty Group operates on a completely different level, both conceptually and operationally, than anything I've seen in private real estate.  I have many friends in the business, even regarding this transaction, and kind of hope they don't finally ask me about this sale because the truth might crush them in comparison.  After our initial meeting with Steve, Elevate had the house prepped in 3 weeks and we had the offer we wanted days after our initial showing.  In a challenging business during a historically bad time, this house sale was the most professional. streamlined and efficient business dealing of any kind I have had in years.  We are basking in God's goodness.
To add another important aspect, never were my wife and I out of the loop.  While we moved the family to Texas, Denora and the action team had us so documented, updated, presented and checked off in our online account that when we did have time to check in, we were usually days behind.  I feel like they drove the sedan and waited on us hand and foot.

When I had a family member pass away and I was tasked with selling their home, the professionals at Elevate Realty Group were there every step of the way to assist.  It was a difficult situation for me living 1200 miles away and trying to sell a home that hadn't been updated since it was built in the early 60s.  Lucky for me I was able to find Steve and fully leverage his Home Renovation Conciege Program.  Steve and his team decided what elements of the home to renovate for the highest return and to attract potential buyers.  They lined up the contractors, purchase the materials, scheduled everything, and even paid for it when I didn't have the funds available.  We also had to have a very quick turn around with the rising mortgage rates in order to get the property on the market.  It was an extremely smooth process from start to finish.  I would definitely use Steve and his team again if I had a property I was going to sell or if I was purchasing a property.
